Create an Account & Connect to Quickbooks

1. Create Your Account

Go to app.layernext.ai. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password, then click "Create Account." You'll be taken to your company profile setup immediately.

2. Set Up Your Company Profile

Enter your company name and select your country from the dropdown.
When you're ready, click "Continue" to move to the next step.

3. Verify Your Email

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the field shown. LayerNext will automatically verify your account and move you forward.

4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication

To keep your account secure, enter your mobile number and click "Send Verification Code."
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone. Once verified, click "Continue."

5. Connect Your QuickBooks Account

Click "Connect" to link your QuickBooks account.
You'll be redirected to log into QuickBooks and authorize the secure connection.
Once authorized, LayerNext will begin syncing your data  this usually takes less than 3 minutes.

6. Review Your Financial Snapshot

Once synced, LayerNext presents a clear summary of what it found, your revenue streams, current financial structure, and any critical issues flagged during the initial audit of your QuickBooks data.
Click "Continue" to proceed.

7. Choose a Financial Challenge to Explore

LayerNext will show you a list of common financial pain points. Select one and LayerNext will demonstrate a solution in under 60 seconds.

8. Set Up Your LayerNext Inbox

Click "Next" to access your unique LayerNext email inbox. Forward any digital invoices or receipts to this address and they'll be automatically added to your QuickBooks, no manual entry needed.

9. You're All Set!

Click "All Done" to complete your setup.
