Founding Business Development Representative ( BDR)
LayerNext's first dedicated sales hire, owning top-of-funnel outbound for an AI finance automation platform already live with paying mid-market customers. You'll build target account lists, run outbound to CFOs and controllers, and book qualified pipeline meetings, working directly with the founder to shape the sales playbook from scratch. Competitive base plus uncapped commission, early equity, and a clear path to Account Executive.
